Privacy Policy
Gamelot S.r.l.s (“we”) is the developer and data controller of the mobile application Piano Ladybird Tiles (package name chat.piano.noir.tiles.magic.ladybug), published on Google Play by Gamelot S.r.l.s. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and who receives it. It applies only to this app.
The app has no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files on your device.
The app collects:
To run the app, show and measure advertising, understand in aggregate how the game is played so we can improve it, fix crashes and technical faults, prevent fraud and invalid ad traffic, and comply with the law.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and analytics, on the performance of our agreement with you to provide the app, and on our legitimate interest in securing and improving it.
We do not sell your data. The app includes software from the following companies, which receive the data described above:

Some of these companies are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers outside the EEA are made under an adequacy decision or under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The app is supported by advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent to personalised advertising through Google’s User Messaging Platform before serving it, and you can change your answer at any time. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
On any device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation under Settings → Google → Ads.
If you are in the United States, sharing your advertising ID for targeted advertising may count as a “sale” or “share” under state privacy laws. You can opt out using the device setting above, or by writing to info@gamelotsrl.com. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to info@gamelotsrl.com and we will delete it.
We do not keep our own copy of this data; it is held by the companies listed above for the periods stated in their policies. Data sent by the app is encrypted in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy of it, and you may withdraw consent at any time (Articles 15–21 of the GDPR). Write to info@gamelotsrl.com; to request deletion of data linked to your advertising ID, include that ID.
If you are in the EEA you may also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. Our lead authority is the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). In the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
We may share information with third parties where necessary to comply with the law or legal process, to protect our legal rights or property, or to investigate fraud, abuse or threats to anyone’s safety.
We may update this policy. Changes are published at this URL and the “Last updated” date above is revised. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
